Property Associate - Freelance

As part of the Operations team at Colonies, you will be an essential link in our team dedicated to the satisfaction of our tenants and the performance of our properties.
You will be responsible for our units in Germany and will support our development during our peak season !

You will work closely with all the team members to manage both :

- The leasing of our units with the support of the HQ sales & marketing team during rotations,

- Tenants' requests concerning administrative matters, property management requests (maintenance and upkeep) and other aspects of life in our residences.

Within this role, your missions will be :

Manage the rental of vacant units :

- Take care of leads and manage the selling process to optimize the occupancy ratio of the German portofolio,

- Conduct and finalise Leads’ KYC,

- Organise new tenants onboarding.

Manage tenant enquiries :

- Respond to tenant enquiries by telephone or via our ticketing system,

- Provide accurate and useful information on administrative procedures, repairs, etc.

- Ensure effective follow-up of requests to guarantee timely resolution of problems,

- Ensure that outstanding payments are properly managed in conjunction with the rental management team.

Maintenance and servicing support:

- Take care of properly maintaining the quality of our units, ensuring that everything is in good working order,

- Provide all the information needed to coordinate maintenance and servicing operations in response to tenant requests,

- Visit our units from time to time to examine them and identify any problems that need to be resolved.

Communication with tenants:

- Proactively communicate with tenants to inform them of upcoming events, policy changes, community living rules and any information that may be useful to them,

- Collect feedback and suggestions from tenants to continually improve our services,

- Build a relationship of trust with our tenants through open and interactive communication.

YOUR PROFILE

You are known to be a good communicator, with patience, empathy and the ability to give information effectively to both internal and external contacts.

You are committed to customer satisfaction and proactive problem solving, if you have basic knowledge of administrative and property maintenance procedures, this is a plus.

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and and you are bilingual in English and German so that you can communicate with our tenants and service providers.
