Main Mission

The Technical Operations & Stock Coordinator owns the full life-cycle of our rental booths—from the moment they return to the warehouse until they ship out again. You will inspect, refurbish, and configure hardware and software, maintain accurate inventory, and coordinate global logistics to ensure every unit reaches its destination on time and in perfect working order.

Responsibilities and Activities

• Receive returned booths. Unpack, clean, and perform quality checks on all hardware components.

• Diagnose technical issues. Execute minor repairs or component replacements: lighting, cameras, PCs, touchscreens, and peripherals.

• Load and test Sharingbox software builds, apply configuration profiles, and verify full system functionality.

• Apply skins or other graphics with precision, ensuring each unit meets client brand guidelines.

• Manage inventory system. Scan assets in and out, monitor stock levels, and initiate re-orders for consumables and spare parts.

• Prepare kit for shipment: kit accessories, create labels and customs paperwork, pack securely, and schedule couriers or on-site installers worldwide.

• Liaise with Sales and Project Management teams on deadlines and special requirements, and provide remote support to installers during event builds.

• Contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies, proposing enhancements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.

Profile Required

Education: Logistic diploma.

Experience: Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in AV rental, technical refurbishment, warehouse operations, or similar environment.

Technical Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows-based systems and confidence in replacing PC or electronic components.
• Familiarity with inventory scanners, WMS or ERP software.
• Capability to lift up to 25 kg and operate standard warehouse equipment safely.
• Diving license needed

Soft Skills:

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight event timelines.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Clear, confident communicator in English; Native language.
• Clear and effective communication, convey ideas, updates, and expectations clearly to clients, and team members.
• Expert at anticipating risks, re-prioritizing on the fly, and delivering under pressure.
• Analytical Thinking, understand project dynamics, assess risks, and monitor performance indicators.
• Stress Management, stay composed and focused under pressure, especially during critical phases.

Desired Extras:

• Experience with live-event technology or photo-booth hardware.
• Forklift license.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator for artwork verification.
