About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and creative Working Student in Communications & Marketing to support our team in delivering impactful campaigns, strengthening our brand, and engaging with our stakeholders. This role offers hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing, and communications while providing the opportunity to learn and grow in an international, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Support the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of social media posts across multiple channels (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
• Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the development and execution of marketing activities, including email campaigns, digital assets, and promotional materials.
• Event Communications: Contribute to the promotion of events (before, during, and after), including live social media coverage, participant communications, and media outreach.
• Website Updates: Support website maintenance, including content uploads, event listings, and page updates.
• Market & Media Research: Conduct benchmarking, collect analytics, and prepare reports on communication and marketing activities.
• Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day tasks in the communications and marketing team as needed

Requirements

• Enrolled student in communications, marketing, media studies, business, or a related field .
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are an asset).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and/or website CMS (e.g., Drupal) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
