We are building an AI-enabled healthcare automation platform that combines advanced technology with human-in-the-loop service delivery. **_Our mission is clear: enable doctors and medical teams to spend more time practicing medicine and less time managing administration.

The Company

The platform & service will automate & facilitate documentation, workflows, communication, and routine operational processes through state-of-the-art AI and secure, compliant infrastructure (GDPR, MDR). Developed in close collaboration with physicians, clinical experts, and security specialists, the solution is designed for reliability, safety, and real clinical impact.

This is an entrepreneurial zero-to-one venture , supported by two deeply experienced founding business angels.

Tasks

As Co-Founder & Technical/Product Lead (CEO/CTO track) you own the product and technology from day zero. You will architect, build, and iterate the core platform while shaping the long-term technical vision.

You will:

• Own the product vision, technical architecture, and roadmap — from first prototype to scalable platform.

• Drive problem–solution validation with clinicians, rapidly iterating toward product–market fit through hands-on experiments and user testing.

• Build the first version yourself (or with 1–2 engineers) — shipping fast, learning fast, and cutting complexity where needed.

• Translate clinical workflows into powerful, intuitive product experiences, combining AI automation with human oversight.

• Lead engineering execution, ensuring technical excellence, velocity, reliability, and regulatory readiness.

• Own data, security, and compliance foundations (GDPR, MDR, medical-grade infrastructure).

• Design and scale the technical organization, hiring and empowering world-class engineering, AI, and product talent.

• Work closely with the commercial founder to align GTM, product strategy, and milestones.

• Create a culture of craftsmanship, speed, and accountability, where shipping value beats building complexity.

Requirements

You have…

• Deep experience building and shipping products end-to-end — ideally as a technical founder, early engineer, product builder, or engineering lead in startups or fast-moving environments.

• Strong technical foundation: modern AI/LLM stacks, backend engineering, workflow automation, cloud infrastructure, and system design.

• Track record of turning ambiguous problems into shipped product within weeks, not quarters.

• High product intuition — you understand users, workflows, and experience design, not just code.

• Experience in AI-enabled products, automation, agents, or infrastructure-heavy software is a strong plus.

• An obsessive focus on quality, reliability, and safety — while still optimizing for speed and iteration.

• Comfort working with constraints, regulation, and incomplete information — making sharp, pragmatic decisions.

• Curiosity and interest in healthcare systems, clinical processes, and regulated product development.

• Fluency in English (German a plus), and ability to operate in a lean, high-autonomy environment.

• Motivation driven by long-term value creation, product excellence, and equity upside, not titles or corporate engineering culture.

• Thriving among A-players and high standards — not in environments built for consensus or politics.
